I remember years ago you couldn't wear anything sparkly without someone asking you " why are you all dressed up?" or " Where's the party?" Being one that likes to dress up, I always hated those questions. Now sequins have become a must have for all your basics. I love the idea of a sequined skirt, a sweatshirt, and some good ol' converse or a boyfriend white tee, boyfriends jeans and some sparkly pumps. Don't you? Hope I've inspired you to shine!

These past few days I've been into my natural curls. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I've been into wearing more flats than heels. Just maybe. Anyway, I can't remember the last time I let my hair air dry. I think it was about 5 years ago, when it was longer. In case you're curious, I used
John Frieda Frizz Ease serum and
his Curl perfecting spray.
What do you guys think? Love it or hate it?

I got online today with the intentions to start on my Christmas shopping, but instead I bought another pair of flats. A pair of pretty cool oxfords. I don't know, but lately I've been feeling too tired to wear heels. Just been lazy. But this wont stop my search for a pair of suede Royal Blue pumps. If you see a pair e-mail me the link por favor!

Madewell jacket- Love the bright Green on this varsity jacket. Would look cool with a pair of boyfriend jeans.
Marc by Marc Jacobs bag- Now that it's cold I like to keep my hands in my coat pockets and tote bags don't allow me to do that. This colorblock crossbody bag will allow me to keep my hands warm while making a statement.
J.Crew turtleneck- I love turtlenecks and and I love stripes so this equals a must have.
Madewell oxfords- White pumps seem to a hit this season, but I am diggin' these white oxfords. Plus they have a cool snake print!
J.Crew scarf- Love bright colored scarves! A little fun accessory to the boring peacoat.
Mayanin bracelets- Perfect stocking stuffer. Pretty colorful jewels by yours truly, Delmy Rivera.

Hey loves! How was your weekend? My mother- in law was in town from Florida and we had an early Christmas. It was pretty emotional. She got me something that meant a lot to me. Pretty soon I will able to share it with all of you. So besides me having a terrible cold, I had a pretty nice weekend.
